Any work on or beside a road needs traffic managed to the approved plan, and a short-staffed traffic crew can stop a whole site. We supply traffic controllers who hold current tickets, know how to work to a traffic guidance scheme and turn up ready for an early start.
Traffic control is one of the hard-to-fill roles on civil and infrastructure projects. We supply controllers alongside the civil labourers and plant operators we already place on roads and highways, utilities and rail projects.
Every controller goes through our three-stage screening, and we check they hold current traffic control accreditation for the state they’ll work in before they’re put forward.

An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.

Yes. We check every controller holds current traffic control accreditation for the state they’ll work in, plus a White Card. In NSW that’s a SafeWork NSW card for Traffic Controller and, where needed, Implement Traffic Control Plans.
Yes. We supply controllers across Australia and confirm each one holds the accreditation that state requires before they’re put forward.

Yes. We regularly supply civil labourers and plant operators, so you can book traffic control and the civil crew together.
