Liverpool city centre
The CBD around Macquarie Street and the station, where apartment, office and campus projects are replacing older shops. We put forward carpenters, concreters, fit-out trades and labourers.
Labour hire for Liverpool's city centre and hospital precinct, and for the freight and industrial land at Moorebank and Prestons. We supply labourers, carpenters, concreters, electricians, plumbers, riggers and traffic controllers, from one shift to a full project.
Liverpool’s construction is spread across a few distinct pockets. The city centre beside the Georges River is getting denser, with apartments, offices and new university campuses taking the place of older low-rise buildings. Around Liverpool Hospital, health and research buildings bring tight access and strict site rules. Across the river and to the south, Moorebank and Prestons hold a large share of south-west Sydney’s freight and warehouse land, close to the M5 and M7.
TradeConnex supplies talent to all three kinds of site. For hospital and campus work, that usually means carpenters, electricians, plumbers and labourers who are comfortable working next to occupied buildings. For warehouses and freight yards, it’s concreters, steel fixers, riggers and dogmen, plant operators and labourers. On busy city streets, traffic controllers keep deliveries and lifts moving.
Liverpool station is served by several suburban rail lines, and the M5, M7 and Hume Highway all meet nearby, so the area is reachable from most of Sydney. For our work across the region, see the Western Sydney page, or commercial construction for city-centre builds.
