Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach
The high-rise strip, where towers are built on tight sites beside busy streets. We supply formwork carpenters, steel fixers, concreters and scaffolders, plus labourers to keep loading zones and floors clear.
Labour hire for Gold Coast builders, from the high-rise strip at Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach to the new estates around Coomera and Pimpama. Screened carpenters, concreters, finishing trades and labourers for residential, commercial and civil work.
Gold Coast construction falls into three broad types. On the beachfront, apartment and hotel towers go up in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach and Southport. In the northern corridor between Coomera and Ormeau, paddocks are turning into suburbs, schools and town centres. In between there is a constant run of refurbishments, hotel upgrades and commercial fitouts.
Tower jobs need formwork carpenters, steel fixers, concreters, scaffolders and riggers during the structure, then tilers, painters and renderers as floors are handed over for finishing. Estate jobs start with civil labourers and machine operators, then move to residential trades. We can supply talent for each stage, so one contact covers the job from slab to fit-off.
Everyone we put forward has been screened in three stages (their site experience, a face-to-face interview and references) and holds a White Card. Our team works from Chippendale in Sydney and also supplies Tweed Heads, just over the border, and Brisbane.

The northern growth corridor along the M1, where estates need earthworks, roads and drainage before the houses go in. We supply civil labourers, plant operators and residential trades for each phase.
Industrial estates, depots and road work towards the hinterland. We supply labourers, plant operators and trades for industrial and civil jobs.

Yes. Along with structure trades, we supply tilers, painters and renderers, and we can stagger bookings so each trade starts as floors become ready.
All talent we put forward for construction work holds a White Card. We confirm the extra licences a role needs before anyone starts, for example a High Risk Work Licence for scaffolders or a Queensland electrical licence for electricians.
The minimum is four hours per day. After that, you can book day to day, for a stage of the build, or for the full project.
