Estates at Chisholm, Thornton, Lochinvar and Gillieston Heights need civil crews for roads and drainage first, then carpenters, concreters, plumbers and electricians for the houses that follow. Up the New England Highway, between Singleton and Muswellbrook, the former Liddell Power Station site now hosts one of Australia’s largest grid-scale batteries.
We supplied 10 talent to Liddell BESS, a 500MW / 1,000MWh battery, between August 2025 and February 2026. Most were white-collar placements: several quality assurance personnel and a civil supervisor, backed by forklift and excavator operators on the ground. The works covered substation construction, high-voltage connections and the battery installation. On a job like that, the people overseeing quality and scope matter as much as the crews on the tools. Yes. On Liddell BESS we placed quality assurance personnel and a civil supervisor alongside forklift and excavator operators. Site roles can be filled through labour hire, and professional roles through permanent recruitment.
We supply carpenters, concreters, plumbers, electricians and general labourers for house builds, and plant operators for the civil works before them. Each of them holds a White Card for construction work.
The minimum booking is four hours per day. From there, hire runs for as long as you need, from one shift to the length of a build.
