Shepparton is the centre of the Goulburn Valley, one of Victoria’s main food-growing and processing regions. Irrigation upgrades, food factories, cold stores and a growing city all generate construction and civil work, and the flat farming country to the west has started taking in solar farms as well.
Between June and December 2025 we supplied 42 talent to Lancaster Solar Farm, a 106MW project near Kyabram, west of Shepparton. Working alongside our client on the mechanical package, our solar labourers and telehandler operators supported pile, tracker and module installation, and licensed electricians assisted with electrical works across the site.

Electricians we put forward for Victorian sites must hold a current Victorian electrical licence, and we confirm it before they start. Everyone also holds a White Card and passes our three-stage screening.
The minimum is four hours per day. Bookings can also run for a few days, a project stage or ongoing, and we offer permanent recruitment when you want to hire direct.
