Yes. Every TradeConnex job, offer and timesheet runs through the TradeConnex app. If you're not registered on the app with a completed profile, we can't place you. No app, no job.
Every Wednesday. Submit your timesheet in the app by Monday and it makes that week's pay run. If you're ever unsure, call your account manager directly. We don't hide behind a payroll inbox.
For most construction and civil site roles, yes. A General Construction Induction (white card) is required on site. Some renewables and off-site roles may not need one. Add your tickets to your app profile and we'll match you to roles you're already qualified for.
Super is paid at the current SGC rate on top of your hourly rate, into your nominated fund. It's paid in line with ATO requirements. If you don't have a fund nominated we'll sort that with you before your first shift.
Update it in the TradeConnex app. That's the fastest way, and it's what we use to match you to roles. You can also text or call your account manager. We'd rather hear from you than fill a shift with someone who wasn't expecting a 6am start.
