Penrith CBD and Kingswood
The city centre, plus the hospital and university land at Kingswood, with apartment, health and education work. We supply carpenters, concreters, labourers and fit-out trades.
TradeConnex supplies general labourers, plant operators, traffic controllers and trades to sites in and around Penrith, including St Marys, Erskine Park and the Penrith CBD. Bookings start at four hours, and everyone we put forward for construction work holds a White Card.
Penrith is a regional city in its own right, on the Nepean River at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Its construction work falls into three broad groups. Around the CBD and Kingswood there’s apartment, health and commercial building. Around St Marys and Erskine Park there are large warehouse and industrial estates. On the edges of the city, new housing estates bring a steady run of civil and residential work.
Here we run the same service as across Sydney: labourers, plant operators, traffic controllers, carpenters, concreters, plumbers and electricians, each checked for site experience, interviewed face to face and reference checked before they start.
Penrith sits at the western end of the M4 and the T1 line, close to the lower Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury as well as the rest of the west. Summers here usually run hotter than on the coast and many sites start early, so give us your start time and we’ll match people who can be there for it.
See our Western Sydney page for projects we’ve crewed elsewhere in the region, and civil infrastructure for road and subdivision work.

An older industrial suburb east of the city centre, with factories, rail-side land and newer estates such as Jordan Springs to the north. Labourers, plant operators and trades for industrial and residential jobs.
Warehouse and logistics estates south of the M4, with more industrial land opening up along Mamre Road. Riggers, steel fixers, concreters and labourers for slab and structural work.
An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
