Most of our renewable energy work is on utility-scale solar farms: piling, tracker and module installation, mechanical rectification and electrical works. We placed more than 150 talent at Munna Creek Solar Farm near Gympie, 100 at Aldoga Solar Farm near Gladstone and 200 at Merredin Solar Farm in WA’s Wheatbelt.
Outside solar, we supplied moxy and roller operators to Rye Park Wind Farm north of Yass, Quality Assurance personnel and a Civil Supervisor to Liddell BESS in the Hunter, and more than 15 talent for installation and setup at the Yuri Renewable Hydrogen Project in Karratha.
Renewable sites are rarely close to town. For West Wyalong Solar Farm we arranged transport for talent and sourced accommodation within 45 minutes of site, and on earlier solar builds we provided on-site vehicles to move crews around.

Yes. Most of the solar and wind sites we supply are regional or remote. On projects like West Wyalong Solar Farm we organised transport and accommodation for talent, and at the Yuri Renewable Hydrogen Project in Karratha we provided logistical support throughout.
Everyone we put forward for construction work holds a White Card. We check the extra tickets each role needs before they start, such as a state electrical licence for electricians, a High Risk Work Licence for dogging or rigging, or Working at Heights.
Yes. Renewable builds move through piling, installation and electrical stages, and crew sizes change with them. Talent is booked for a minimum of four hours per day, and hire can run for a few weeks or the full construction period.
Yes. We’ve placed QA personnel, HSE advisors, site administrators and supervisors on renewable projects, and we run permanent recruitment for roles you want to fill directly.
