Project Overview
The Yuri Renewable Hydrogen Project is a first-of-its-kind renewable energy development located in Karratha, Western Australia. The project combines an 18MW solar PV system, a 10MW electrolyser and an 8MW battery energy storage system to produce 640 tonnes of renewable hydrogen per year, supplied directly to Yara’s ammonia facility at Karratha.
Delivering a project of this technical complexity in a remote location presented real workforce challenges. TradeConnex sourced and supplied over 15 skilled workers to support installation and setup, providing logistical support throughout to make sure the right people were on site when needed and that all safety requirements were met.
Specialist Workforce Support
Yuri is a strong example of TradeConnex’s ability to place specialist workers on technically advanced, first-of-its-kind projects in remote locations, where finding the right people quickly can make or break a project timeline.
