Project Overview
The Wollar Solar Farm is a major renewable energy project spanning nearly 500 hectares in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales. With a generation capacity of up to 280MWac and around 660,000 solar panels, the project forms a significant part of New South Wales’ transition to clean, reliable power.

Outcome at Wollar Solar Farm
Managing workforce supply across multiple contractors on a single large-scale site requires coordination, flexibility and a deep understanding of how a solar farm gets built. TradeConnex moved quickly, filled critical roles and kept each contractor’s workforce needs met as the project progressed through its key phases.
The Wollar Solar Farm is one of the strongest examples of TradeConnex’s full-service recruitment and labour hire capability, placing both white-collar professionals and blue-collar trades and labour on the same project, under the same roof.
