The Manildra Solar Power Plant is a 42.5 MW farm located in Central West NSW, approximately 45 kilometres west of Orange.
Manildra has been operating since April 2018 and sells power and Large-Scale Generation Certificates to Energy Australia under a 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with an option to extend out to 2030. Energy Australia is one of Australia’s largest electricity retailers servicing over 1.7 million customers.
TradeConnex provided over 50 workers to the Manildra Solar Farm through both labour hire and Module Install Teams.
Excavator Operators, Skid Steer Operators, Telehandler Operators and Quality Assurance Teams were among the many skilled labourers deployed to site.
Nex Tracker was the system used on the Manildra Solar Farm.
