About the Role

TradeConnex has multiple positions for substation and HV Electricians on a major infrastructure project in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. This is drive-in drive-out work with accommodation and a living away from home allowance provided.

Timing & Roster

- Start ASAP, running through to the end of October
- Ongoing work available for the right candidates
- Flexible roster to suit: block roster (for example 2 weeks on, 1 week off) or Monday to Saturday

About You

Essential:
- A-Grade Electrical Licence
- White Card
- Proven substation and high voltage experience

Experience across:
- HV equipment, components and switchyard construction
- Earth grid installation, HV and LV cabling installation
- Structure and HV switchgear installation
- Primary connections, busbar and strung bus installation
- Secondary protection, control systems and communications

Highly Desirable

- HV switching, testing and commissioning experience
- HV switching certificate
