• $40ph
• 10 hour days
• Bathurst NSW (Counts as Regional Work)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Formwork Carpenters with the setup, installation, and stripping of formwork
• Support civil crews with general labouring and site tasks
• Prepare and handle materials including timber, steel, reo, and formwork systems
• Assist with placing and securing reinforcement (reo and mesh) prior to pours
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite
• Follow instructions from supervisors and trades to meet project deadlines
• Adhere to all site safety protocols and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Current White Card (essential)
• Previous experience in civil construction, formwork, or similar environments
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team
• Physically fit and reliable
• Own tools (highly regarded but not essential)
• Available to start ASAP
