We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to join a leading renewable energy project team based in Brisbane.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their experience within the booming renewables sector while working alongside experienced project professionals on a major infrastructure project.

You will play a key role supporting project delivery across cost control, procurement, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with project cost tracking and forecasting
• Manage procurement tracking and supplier coordination
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and project updates
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, registers, and meeting minutes
• Monitor project risks and opportunities and support issue resolution
• Raise and manage variations and approval processes
• Support day-to-day project delivery activities and milestone tracking
• Assist with schedule coordination and task management across internal teams

About You

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Junior PM role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Proficient across Microsoft Office and project coordination systems
• Exposure to construction, infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy projects is highly regarded
