The Role
Working closely with our Senior Account Manager, you will be the engine behind our candidate pipeline, keeping quality workers moving through to placement on major civil, infrastructure, and renewables projects.
- Source and identify blue-collar candidates across civil, infrastructure and renewables through job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Manage reference checks and end-to-end compliance verification including tickets, licences, visa status, and qualifications
- Onboard workers onto the TradeConnex app, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and profile information are completed and verified before placement
- Maintain regular contact with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process
- Manage shared inboxes, incoming calls, and day-to-day recruitment admin to keep the desk running smoothly
- Support the Senior Account Manager across any active roles as needed
What You Bring - A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment, not just a job
- Some exposure to recruitment, resourcing, or administration (a background in blue-collar, civil, or construction is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail, nothing slips through
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
