About the Role 
As a Solar Labourer with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Assist with the installation of solar panels and racking system frames under the direction of supervisors.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. 
• Carry, position, and secure materials and equipment, including panels, rails, brackets, and cabling, ensuring all tools and components are ready for each stage of the job
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. 
• Operate hand and power tools, following safety guidelines. 

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in solar construction or similar labor-intensive role is a plus. 
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card.
• Working at heights tickets mandatory
• Availability to start ASAP
