Virtus Infrastructure is a leader in mechanical and civil construction, delivering critical infrastructure solutions across Sydney. We specialise in water, rail, road, and electrical infrastructure. We're currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take charge of large-scale projects with a focus on tunneling, rail, and Sydney Water.

Your Role:

• Manage all project phases from planning and design to execution and handover, with a focus on tunneling, rail, and water infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sydney Water, rail authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage resources to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, with a commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Tackle technical and logistical challenges with innovative, cost-effective solutions.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, especially in tunneling, rail, and Sydney Water.
• A degree in civil engineering or related field, with project management certifications (PMP, Prince2) preferred.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in Sydney Water and rail sectors.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of team management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
