About the Role 
As a HRWL Forklift / Telehandler for TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Operate forklift and/or telehandler safely on site
  
  • Move materials, equipment, and pallets to designated areas in line with site instructions and lift plans.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
  
  • Receive deliveries, unload materials safely, and ensure loads are secured and positioned correctly.
• Assist with lifting operations (dogman duties where required)
  
  • Sling loads, direct crane or plant movements, and communicate clearly with operators in accordance with dogman requirements
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic plant maintenance
  
  • Complete pre-start inspections, identify faults, and report any issues before operating equipment.
• Operate HR vehicles on site, such as watercarts, trucks, or support vehicles, when required to move materials or equipment
• Following Safety and Environmental Regulations – Conducting pre-start checks, ensuring safe operation near workers and structures, and minimizing environmental impact during excavation.

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• HRWL forklift and Telehandler Ticket
• Previous experience as a Dogman & HR driving experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card.
• HR License (Mandatory for road-registered watercarts).
• Availability to start ASAP
