About the Role 
As a Dogman with HR license with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Direct and guide crane operators using hand signals and radio to ensure safe lifting and placement of loads.
• Inspect lifting gear (chains, slings, shackles, hooks) before use to ensure compliance and safety.
• Rig and secure loads correctly before lifting, ensuring weight, balance, and attachment points are safe.
• Spot and control movement of heavy vehicles, including assisting with reversing, positioning, and traffic flow around lifts.
• Operate HR vehicles on site, such as watercarts, trucks, or support vehicles, when required to move materials or equipment.
• Following Safety and Environmental Regulations – Conducting pre-start checks, ensuring safe operation near workers and structures, and minimizing environmental impact during excavation.

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience as a Dogman & HR driving experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card.
• HR License (Mandatory for road-registered watercarts).
• Availability to start ASAP
