Duties & Responsibilities
Due to an impressive project pipeline spanning across the Sydney Metro areas, we are currently seeking Dogman for civil infrastructure
- Slinging, securing, and directing loads for cranes and lifting equipment
- Selecting correct lifting gear (slings, chains, shackles) and inspecting for safety
- Communicating with the crane operator using hand signals or radio
- Supporting machinery operators with spotting, directing, or ground support
- Assessing load weight, balance, and hazards before lifting
- Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Setting up exclusion zones and ensuring safe clearances
- Assisting riggers and crane crews with general lifting operations
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment around site, and keeping work areas clear of debris and hazards.
Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a Dogman in civil, rail, infrastructure, or general construction.
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

- any other tickets are advantageous e.g (Working at heights, EWP)
- (Own Transport is desirable)
