Duties & Responsibilities
Due to an impressive project pipeline spanning across the Sydney Metro areas, we are currently seeking Trade Assistant for civil infrastructure
- Perform Civil labouring duties as required on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Assisting with digging trenches for pipes, cables, or foundations and installing shoring or barriers as needed.
- Supporting machinery operators with spotting, directing, or ground support
- Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment around site, and keeping work areas clear of debris and hazards.
Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a labourer/Trade assistant in civil, rail, infrastructure, or general construction.
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- White card
- any other tickets are advantageous e.g (Working at heights, EWP)
- (Own Transport is desirable)
