About the Role 
As a HR driver with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Operate heavy rigid trucks to transport materials, equipment, or waste to and from worksites
• Complete pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the vehicle 
• Load and unload goods safely using site machinery or manual handling
• Follow all road rules, company policies, and site safety procedures
• Maintain delivery documentation, logs, and run sheets accurately

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience as HR driver
• Loader ticket highly desirable also
• HR Ticket and relevant experience mandatory.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card.
• Be able to Pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
• Availability to start ASAP.
