About the Role 
As a Boilermaker at TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Fabricate and assemble steel structures such as bridges, culverts, rail  components, and frameworks from engineering drawings.
• Perform welding and cutting operations (MIG, TIG, Stick, oxy-cutting) on heavy plate and structural steel.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on civil infrastructure assets, including reinforcing or replacing worn structural components.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety codes.

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Boilermaker 
• cert in engineering/fabrication trade background
• welding tickets/certs
• Must hold a valid Working at Heights and Confined Space Tickets 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Must be physically fit and able to work at heights
