Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction
Perth, WA
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong commercial construction expertise to join our client in Perth. This role plays a critical part in driving successful tenders, cost planning, and value management for fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects across education, aged care, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across D&C and construct-only projects
- Take ownership of tender processes from pre-qualification through to submission
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure buildability and accurate pricing
- Engage subcontractors and suppliers for pricing, scope review, and negotiation
- Lead value management / value engineering exercises to maximise client outcomes
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering documentation to assess scope
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure alignment between cost and buildability
