About the Role 
As a Solar Labourer with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Operate machinery (e.g. skid steers, telehandlers, excavators, forklift, pile drivers) for site preparation, material movement, or installation support
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. 
• Transport and position solar panels, posts, and racking components using forklifts or telehandlers in coordination with ground crews.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. 
• Operate hand and power tools, following safety guidelines. 

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience operating on a solar project is highly desirable. 
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card and all relevant machinery tickets and VOC's
• experience in nextracker systems and other tracking systems in desirable.
• Availability to start ASAP
