Electrical Quality Assurance – BESS Project (Renewable Energy) TradeConnex is hiring an experienced Electrical QA to support the successful delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. • Review, implement, and maintain QA documentation for electrical works across the BESS project
• Conduct inspections of electrical installations, including LV/HV cabling, switchgear, and inverters
• Manage ITCs, ITPs, and ITRs specific to electrical systems on-site
• Identify non-conformances and manage resolution processes, including punch list tracking
• Record and analyse daily electrical progress using QA/project software
• Review and sign off on timesheets for electrical crews and equipment
• Maintain delivery and damage logs for all electrical components
• Support HSE compliance by aligning QA procedures with the site HSEMP
• Assist in preparing reports for internal and client-side quality assurance reviews

• Proven QA experience on BESS, solar, wind, or large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards and QA protocols
• Ability to interpret and work from electrical plans and specifications
• Experience using digital QA or project tracking systems
• Trade background or tertiary qualifications in electrical or construction
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• White Card and relevant licences/tickets required
