The company delivers a range of new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across education, health, defence, and government sectors. Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive and accurate tenders for commercial construction projects 
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accurate cost forecasting
• Undertake quantity take-offs, trade breakdowns, and pricing from first principles
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Collaborate with the bid and project teams during pre-construction and tender phases
• Present tender submissions and cost breakdowns to senior management
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving exercises where applicable
• Maintain and update estimating databases and cost libraries
