We’re recruiting a Civil Field Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering a large-scale bulk earthworks and drainage package near Mudgee, NSW.

This is a hands-on, site-based role ideal for someone who enjoys being across daily construction activities, supporting QA processes, and coordinating subcontractors and plant crews on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day works on bulk earthworks, trenching, and RCP installation
• Assist with QA: ITPs, pre-pour checklists, compaction testing, as-built records
• Coordinate with subcontractors, operators, and surveyors to maintain workflow
• Track daily quantities and submit progress reports
• Maintain safety standards and liaise with the HSE team

• Location: Mudgee, NSW
• Roster: 5 days on / 2 days off
• Drive-in/Drive-out or local living
• LAFHA provided for non-locals staying in the region

• 4 Month Contract (Opportunity to extend)
