About the Role 
As a Concrete Finisher with TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

• Place, level, and smooth freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools such as screeds, trowels, and floats.
• Smoothing and Finishing Concrete – Grinding, sanding, or troweling patched areas to blend seamlessly with the surrounding concrete for a uniform appearance.
• Interpret and follow construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate formwork and finishing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. 
• Apply curing and sealing compounds to concrete surfaces to protect and enhance durability.
• Repair and resurface damaged concrete using appropriate finishing techniques and materials.

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher in civil construction projects.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork. 
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Someone with their own tools.  
• Commitment to safety and following site regulations. 
• Current OH&S White card
• Availability to start ASAP
