Quality Assurance Lead
TradeConnex is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and enhance quality processes across our client's projects. If you have a strong background in quality management, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and audit the Quality Management Plan to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Oversee quality documentation and maintain accurate records
• Conduct audits and suggest improvements to quality management systems
• Complete and manage ITCs, ITPs, and ITRs
• Identify and communicate deficiencies & proficiencies with Leading Hands and Supervisors
• Track and manage punch list items and NCRs, ensuring timely resolution
• Input and analyse daily production numbers in project tracking software
• Review and approve personnel and plant timesheets daily
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Track site deliveries and damage register data, ensuring all information is accurate
• Monitor and maintain data recording processes, suggesting improvements where needed
• Ensure compliance with HSEMP and safety responsibilities

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Experience in quality assurance within construction, civil, or renewable energy sectors
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing processes
• Ability to work with project tracking and reporting software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with site teams
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in quality management or related fields
