Duties & Responsibilities 
  
Due to an impressive project pipeline spanning across the Sydney Metro areas, we are currently seeking experienced Skilled Labourers. 
Projects include (but not limited to): Rail, civil, infrastructure and construction. 

• Perform general labouring duties as required on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Adapt to different project requirements and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Proven experience as a labourer in civil, rail, infrastructure, or general construction.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Any relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., White Card) are advantageous.

• Working for an established Labour Hire company, with clients ranging from Tier 3 to Tier 1

• Hourly rate $34.45 - $40 per hour (depending on skill/project)
