What You’ll Do:
• Source & place white collar candidates across Civil, Renewable & Infrastructure sectors
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities
 
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience recruiting white collar roles (Civil, Infrastructure, Renewable preferred)
• Strong business development & account management skills
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobadder, Seek Talent Search & CRMs
• Excellent communication & sourcing abilities
• Proactive team player with a passion for recruitment
