What You’ll Do:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within blue collar and white collar recruitment markets
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across key sectors
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver tailored staffing solutions
Lead client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate terms
Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Attend Networking events and industry conferences.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in business development or sales within recruitment (white collar / technical recruitment preferred)
Strong network within Civil, Infrastructure, or Renewable energy sectors
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and hit KPIs
Experience with CRMs like Hubspot and LinkedIn.
