About the Role 
As a Dogman / Rigger at TradeConnex, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a job well done. 
  
What You’ll Do:  

• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality 
• Rigging and signaling loads for crane operators 
• Perform rigging and dogging duties, guiding loads and ensuring safe lifting operations.
• Attach and secure lifting gear, slings, chains, and hooks to loads as per lifting plans.
• Provide clear and precise communication with crane operators using hand signals and two-way radios.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines 

  
What We’re Looking For: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dogman /Rigger 
• Must hold a valid High Risk Work License for DG (Dogging) & RB/RG (Basic or Advanced Rigging).  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Valid White card
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with crane operators and site crews.
• Must be physically fit Additional tickets such as EWP, Working at Heights, or HR Licence (highly regarded).
